Our Recruitment Process

At 69 Global, we are excited to welcome talented individuals to join our team of dedicated agents. Our recruitment process is designed to ensure that we find the best fit for both our team and our clients. Here’s what you can expect:.​

Ready to take the first step? Record a 1 minute voice note (VN), telling us why you want to work with 69 Global and why you would be a great addition to our team. Email your VN along with your CV. To meet the requirements for a virtual contact role, you will need access to a stable internet connection and a laptop/ computer that meets international standards.

2. Application Screening

Once we receive your application, our team will carefully review it to assess your qualifications and fit for the role. This process can take up to 10 working days, so rest assured that there is no need to follow up if you have not heard from us immediately. If your application progresses to the next stage, we will reach out to schedule interviews at a mutually convenient time.

3. Booking Interviews

Congratulations! You have made it to the interview stage. Interviews will be conducted over Zoom or Google Meet, providing a convenient and accessible platform for both parties.
